Hello and Welcome!
It has been a BUSY summer around here...and we've gotten quite a few new large print songs posted on Musicnotes.com and Sheet Music Plus and other sites. This site is still under construction, so I really appreciate your patience as we tweak it here and there to make it user-friendly. Obviously, it's not there yet...but I didn't want to just leave a parked-page here...I wanted to greet you personally. I am so glad you stopped by to check us out! We have A LOT more music to be posted here...so please check back in a few days, and hopefully it will look better. 😁
My daughter was married in August, so the last few months have been quite the flurry of activity! It was all good stuff...but a lot to juggle at once! As we head into Fall now, I'll have a bit more time to devote to enlarging sheet music and getting it all posted up online.
I'm heading to Las Vegas this week to play the piano for a memorial service for my dear friend, Brian, who recently passed away at a very young age. Brian was a pastor and an educator in the Summerlin area of Vegas. His presence is greatly missed.
When I return from Vegas, I will enlarge and upload all of the hymns that I arranged and played at the funeral. I am thinking that it might be good to create a downloadable book of funeral songs - something that would also include a 15-20 minute prelude and postlude.
In honor of HM Queen Elizabeth II, I have written an arrangement of a Scottish lament entitled, "The Flowers of the Forest." It has been played at a number of royal funerals, and was recently played at the Queen's Thanksgiving Service at Westminster Abbey. I had a few of my piano students ask me what was the name of the song played by the bagpiper, so I wrote out a simple piano arrangement of it for my students, and wanted to also share it with you. You can access it by clicking on the link below the photo.
